The need for entertainment during lockdowns and pre-purchase installations on Samsung and OnePlus devices have helped push downloads of the Netflix Android app past the one billion mark. Amazon’s Prime Video has only been downloaded between 100 and 500 million times, while the Hulu app comes in at 50-100 million.
